If the reservation is cancelled /amended before 10 days of the date of arrival, 25% of the All Nights stay will be charged as retention.

Within 03 undefined 10 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the All Nights stay will be charged as retention.

Within 24 undefined 48 hours of the date of arrival, 75% of the All Nights stay will be charged as retention.

If cancelled on the day of arrival, the entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.

A banking administration fee no more than 10% on the refund value will be charged against all processed refunds.

If advance paid then there will be NO Refund of the money and it will be adjusted in future booking(except BLACKOUT Dates)
